Dust extract adaptor for Makita 1/3 sander

To adapt a Makita 1/3 sheet sander with a 22mm outlet to a standard vacuum hose of 32mm. Sander end is a bit undersize so a gentle heat is necessary to fit over the sander outlet.
Mk 5 version has smoothed circles rather than the 24 segments of the printed one.
