Hi Guys This is my Take on a Big big Vat For those Longer and more Resin consuming Prints,i Have tested this many time over a month + and it Goes Good... Also I have one vat that I have Kept Resin in for a month without it leaking any Resin....You will need to use M4 Heat-Set Inserts for Plastics From McMaster-Carr
https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a353/=18fxv52
and Some M 4 Black-Oxide Alloy Steel Hex Drive Flat Head Screw
https://www.mcmaster.com/#91294a188/=18fxvhc
From them as well or any other Sellers that have the Same Specs items....
You can Modify the Tip of a regular Welding iron with a File to give it a Proper Shape to heat the Brass insert...
I Suggest Some test Piece to Practice first ,you don't want to scrap a Vat because you have no idea on how the insert will react when heated.
PS : You will need to readjust your Home Endstop Blade as the Vat is Much taller and will Contact the Plate Assembly Bracket before Switching on the Endstop and Also you will have to change the Screws to hold the Vat For same Thread but longer one, easy thing to do by removing the Cover at the Bottom and Removing the Screws and get the necc one at your local hardware store or Car shop since it is Metric ....
