I wanted to organize the parts for the base set for Dungeon Saga, as without organization it's both a pain to assemble and store, and I wanted to ensure that the models would not be damaged if the box is rotated etc... without using foam padding (because I have a 3d printer). With these trays, the characters are securely locked to the bottom, and there is sufficient room for the base set characters to fit without hitting the dice holders. Used in conjunction with my other organizer designs you can hold pretty much everything but a couple doors and the 2x2 base models into 2/3rds of the box neatly.
Note that you will need two of these, and they are designed to interlock before being put in the box, ensuring that they cannot come free inside when the box is dropped etc... (heaven forbid).
If you want to toy with the designs, I also attached the original Sketchup model.
I have also added an additional piece for the 3 larger ogres that will fit some of the doors behind it. I welcome feedback on improvements.
