Update 01-01-18 - Request for a 12 point nut design to offer a wider range of fit positions over the large nut. Done.
I have also provided a cut version for printing easily.

This is a remix of the smart effector Nimble mount by Zesty Technologies.
It includes a nut trap for the large nut holding the nut that secures the heatsink. This prevents it from loosening, as once the adaptor is installed it is practically impossible to get to it to tighen it.
This doesn't seem to affect the sensitivity of the smarteffector, but ensure the large nut fits nicely into the adaptor and is not very tight against it, as this might dampen the flex of the PCB and make the SE less sensitive. You also need to consider the orientation of the large nut to you heatsink when assembling the hotend into the SE.
I have also provided a cut version for printing easily.
