duet + duex4 case by monofuel

case for use with a kossel printer for the duet + duex4 boards. open bottom and side enabled in scad file for easier cable routing and faster printing. Also has the extra 5V wire hole.
I added an extra mounting hole on the opposite side so this can be securely attached to the openslot rails on a kossel.
