A remix of the design by X301N but modified to fit the Ender 3 Pro.
I printed the design by X301N and realized it would not work with the Pro version of the Ender 3 because of the 40mm Y-Axis Extrusion vs the Original Ender 3 at 20mm. I upgraded to linear rails shortly after I made this model, but I figured there was probably someone who could benefit from it like I did initially.
For this remix I added protection to the Wifi card, and a larger hole for the SD and MicroUSB slot for compatibility. In addition to this, I strengthened the 40mm fan mount area to be more robust to avoid breakage and lowered the standoffs in the case to allow the expansion slot to be utilized. (I have a BLTouch wired in but I do not use an expansion board myself so I am unable to test for fitment)
I modeled a new lid that has a hole to allow the z limit switch wire to escape out the top, or for redirection of the printhead wiring. The lid attaches to the main body extrusion via a clip that screws onto the lid.
I would highly recommend using the clip because It holds down the lid from any wires that are pressing up against it and from impacting the bed screws. Aside from this, there are clips that are designed to keep the box from sagging by holding onto the Y-extrusion but I bought linear rails before I was able to test them.
The entire model is designed to use short M3 Screws of slightly varying length, but none of them need to be especially precise, and the board itself can be mounted with the original screws.
