This is an upgrade to a 20x20 framed deltabot printer that is using wheeled rail-runners.
3 upgrades in one.
A: it adds a 4th wheel to the runners, making them much more sturdy.
B: it uses 12mm magnets in place of the usual rose-joints.
C: it can take 2 j-head extruders
It has a dual object-fan shroud, that runs from a single over-head 40mm fan.
extruders are 26mm offset tip to tip and 13mm from center on X
It has built in 30mm fan mount-point for hot-end cooling.
This design also moves the effector-plane down to just above the print-plane, making for a much more rigid effector-assembly.
It uses the generic 12mm Od Magnets as from most ebay outlets. These magnets should pop into their sockets nice and tight, be sure to have your feed-rate set correctly, if too little they will be lose....no good.
Note that this design is now in use ...( and I'm not impressed with these damn magnets...)
Update 8Jul2016: added the single J-Head effector and clamp plate, for those that might just want to run with one extruder. The rest of the magnet-setup remains the same.
Update 11Jul2016: Completely re-designed the object-fan. It now has 2 Shrouds running from a single 40mm fan, over-head, no cable-ties required.
the STL file can just be mirrored for the opposing sides funnel.
