I created a dual encoder gear box for using with a flight simulator. The design is built around A 360 Degree Rotary Encoder Code Switch Digital Potentiometer with Push Button (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MW7D4FD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). You will also need a M3 grub screw or M3 screw to secure the knob assemble.
