I bought a lawn mower for almost nothing, problem was no drive on the frontwheel. Taking apart showed the plastic internal gear was worn out.
I hoped i could just print a small part but ended up printing it in two parts and then gluing it together. Printed the gear-half with 100% infill and the other part 50% infill PLA.
Time to print internal gear half was about 4-5 hour, the other half 10-11 hour. That was for one wheel.
Been using it now for 5-6 hours, will check it in the autumn. Probably better if you use ABS or Nylon.
I ran out of black PLA, thats why one wheel is white. :D
