This template enables you to cut sand paper to the exact size needed to fit the "Dremel felt polishing wheel 1".
Simply fold and screw on mandrel, if done right the holes on the paper should align with the hole on the wheel.
Warning, Dremel rotary tool rotate far too fast and will damage delicate features. Only use the slowest RPM setting on your tool and apply only light pressure.
