Re-Remix of these Dremel cutoff wheel protectors: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:966836

I am happy with this new design. A screw-on cap is much more secure and generally superior, imo.
And wider clearances makes this design more printer-friendly. The previous remix (the one with a snap-fit cap) had tight tolerances and required accuracy.
It's a small part, so I'd suggest thin layers, slow speed and fan cooling if available. A set took about 50 minutes on an Afinia.
[Update 9-2015: Since I cut one in half (JustForFun's idea) and it sorta works OK, I figured someone might prefer it to the one-piece design, so I uploaded the two halves. It can be mounted while the cut-off wheel is in the tool's chuck, and will provide quite a bit of protection.
I felt fumble fingered when trying to get the halves aligned correctly, and was fearful of accidentally cracking a disk in the process, but it may become easy with practice.
The two sides are files "a" and "b", either Metric or SAE. They use the original cap.]
