The propeller was designed after the Drela AG14 airfoil coordinates. All tests were performed on the Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig The results can be seen below.
It was printed at a slow speed, using a 0.2 extruder nozzle at 0.04 height per layer. The print was cleaned with an X-ACTO Knife
After this, I got to finishing the part using a 400 grit sandpaper.
These are the measurements for the 4 picked voltage values (you can also view these in the images taken during the test):
1.5V => 12.34 grams
2V => 23.45 grams
2.5V => 29.47 grams
3V => 37.01 grams
The included files contain all pictures relevant to the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to print this propeller, you should get a 8520 coreless motor.
You can use the SLDPRT extension files, should you wish to make your own changes to the drone propeller.
Notice: The airfoil plotted by using the matplotlib library in python.
