Futurama is an American animated science fiction sitcom created by Matt Groening, the same creator of The Simpsons and developed by him and David X. Cohen for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series follows the adventures of Philip J. Fry, a New York pizza delivery boy from the late twentieth century who, after being accidentally frozen cryogenically for a thousand years, gets a job at Planet Express, an interplanetary delivery company in the retro futuristic XXXI century.
