I made some small changes to vmarsik's design by:
Farther embedding the M4 nut in the knob
Adding a cover to close the nut hole
Slightly changing the shape of the knob
You'll need to add the dotSCAD library to your opeSCAD installation (https://github.com/JustinSDK/dotSCAD.git)
I printed the replacement knobs in clear PETG and will paint them in the next days.
