Well, as usualy I bought what I needed, drag chain included, the probelm was the elements are having their section fully enclosed, tunneled to be more precise, so when I needed to change or add a cable the only option was to pull out the whole set of cables like from a hose, just because I needed to replace one. I couold not find untuneled ones this size, so I designed mine. You think it was a breeze? I thought that too, but after one year of re designing I can't remeber how many times, at each print I discovered other incuarcyes of thought that did not work in reality, so I kept modofying it until it worked flawlesly even if printed in extremely low resolution. The lid slides out to allow the tunnel to become a ditch, or a trench, hence acces to your groove of cables, and that makes life damn easy, trust me on that, I am a mechatronics prototyper (industrial automation and robots) and I had my share of cursing cables and drag chains among other issues long before 3D printers become available, why would I go on like that if now I can design and print my own, to work as I want. If the lid slots are too tight in printing, just pass a hacksaw blade inside to enlarge them, or use your dremel tool, if the are too tight, deep in hot water the uper part, than squeeze them down with your fingers, do not exagerate. If any issues afterwards with lid sliding tight or at at all, just do the above again. Clean your lids and slots perfectly of supports first. wire industry power technology electronics electricity connection equipment machinery cable energy dragchain other
