After designing a case for my DPS3012 32V 12A buck adjustable DC power supply, I sized it down to accomodate the smaller self-contained units without daughter board like the Ruideng DPS5005, DP50V5A, DPS3005 DPS3003, DPS8005, DP20V2A, DP30V3A and similar.
My design goals were:
fully printable
compact
modular
By modular I mean replacable front / back panels for different connectors. I needed only XT60s for now, feel free to remix, add banana plugs, or a switch to the back. Included .steps to make the customization smoother.
Assembly:
After printing push M3×3 D4 knurled brass nuts into the holes of the bottom part with the help of a soldering iron at 250°C. Screw together with M3 screws.
My design goals were:
