This carriage is a remix from a parts file which was provided by my first (chinese) delta. Therefore i can't give the right person the appropriated credits, sorry.
I used the dimensions of the original to redraw the carriage using Sketch up.
This carriage has 5 wheels instead off the original 3. The reason is to get more stability of the carriage during printing. The extra mountings are created to fit eventually a airstruder.
(airstruder not yet ready).
The carriage has an opening to fit a 3mm nut. This gives the endstop adjuster more reliability, than just 3mm threads tapped into the carriage.
The tensioner for the wheel is a trough and trough hole. with at the other side room for a 3mm nut. Also to ensure better fixture, and the nut is now easier to place than the original design.
