Installed a GeForce 8400gs in an aging old Optiplex 745 to make it usable. The card was low profile, but the low profile bracket was long gone - so I found a similarly matching one. However, it was the wrong layout (designed for ATX style boards, and this is a BTX chassis), so I mirrored the slot layout to make it put the VGA port under the card in the BTX "language".
