Pull up handle and stopper I designed so that I could do pull ups on the cheap in my dorm. put a para-cord loop through one stopper and handle and hang it over a door that can support your weight. close the door and use the handle side to do a pull up. I recommend a loop length of about 1.5' to 2'.
