Vision is very personal to humans. Eyes provide a method of perceiving the world, albeit significantly differently from changing points of views. Humans are accustomed to one point of view, their own -- a first person point of view of the world advancing directly before them. Due to the singular way of seeing, humans believe their relative line of sight is viewing the objectively true world. What confusion would occur if two individual’s visions were reversed? Furthermore, could two strangers with reversed vision find each other in a crowded area such as a mall with the added sense of communication? Another concept to delve into is altering an individual’s point of view. What would the experience be seeing oneself fully immersed in a third person view? Although one’s body is taking the same motions, the perspective is entirely changed. If the respective individual turns into a corridor unnoticed by the third person point of view, or camera, an eerie sensation presents itself. The scientific reasons behind eyesight are objectively sound, however the way brains process the information of sight is personally subjective. Is their one true way of seeing the world?
