I made a portable variable power supply, based on the DC/DC step-up converter XL6009 board.
Features
3-30V input step-up to 3-30V 5A output
Input can come from DC power jack or XT60 connector
Output comes out DC power jack
Protections
5A fuse on input and output
reversed polarity protection diode on output
protection diode on positive pin of XT60 connector (to prevent battery from being charged with wrong voltage by DC power jack)
NEVER plug both DC jack and XT60 connector at the same time
Components used
1 * XL6009 DC/DC converter board
1 * 10k potentiometer (multiturn in my case to get precise voltage adjustment)
2 * 5A fuse
2 * 5/10A diodes
2 * 5.5 mm DC female jack
1 * XT60 female connector
Features
