This is my attempt to create a face shield that can be easily assembled with available materials, while still being able to be printed on a majority of small printers (such as the Monoprice Select Mini). This design was inspired by Cesalv's Small Printer Protective Face Shield (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4246584?fbclid=IwAR0CLLUdOjyFhKh0PFgVwCvj5qcTaOoPDt9Iq6eWkF81Vp8ay5_gbMLl2Sg), but was redesigned with modifications.
Print size is 100mm x 91mm. The parts can be assembled with either M3 screws or toothpicks and glue. The shield can be just about any plastic that you can find, but I used a 2L pop bottle (while not ideal it'll work in a pinch). The band can be an elastic band or any sort of cord. If available, weatherstripping or furniture pads work great on the back of the forehead pad to increase comfort.
The main file (DIY Face Shield) is the correct size but the individual part files are to 10X. I have made some pins to use instead of screws, but they tend to break with cheap PLA; they may work better with other materials.
