This is my poorly designed mount for my Ender 3 with MGN12C linear rail on the X-axis.
The extruder is a BMG Clone with a v6 hotend clone.
I used a pancake stepper motor and was able to put cooling block on the back.
No shortening of the X-axis range but a few mm in Y-axis range.
As part cooling i remixed the Biqu H2 Fan Duct: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4682915
which unfortunately needs to be glued to the Mount (make sure the Hotend is in place so you don´t get a bad surprise when it doesn´t fit anymore)
And for attaching the belt i used this awesome part: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:212873
For which you probably can NOT use the original belt as it has the brass crimping and is probably to short.
Probe offset should be X: -30 Y: 0
I advise you to print it in ABS or something similar, not PETG because it will deform as far as my experience went.
Assembly:
Screw the mount to the sled of your linear rail.
BMG and Hotend assembly screw against the plate with the Motor.
Attach the Fans and the BL-Touch.
Test fit the fan duct with or without a silicone heatblock sock, make sure you have enough space vertically between the nozzle and the duct and glue it in place.
Setup your Nozzle offset.
Happy printing.
