1/24/2017 624 bearing idler id change to a more press fit, widened out the lip for the extruder flange so that it wasn't so tight to install, changed the other nut hole to 3mm also1/24/2017 PTFE inner and outer ports implemented as well as further tweaking with size and simplicity1/26/2017 624 bearing is now held by a flat head m4 bolt and nut.
Widened the PTFE counter-bores. Widened the cold-end flange height. Removed strange flange that prevented easy idler inspection and cleaning2/27/2017 Stiffened the 624 bearing holder, and also now does not need a flat head to fit a bolt head to hold the bearing.

Changes:
Standard OD for the cold end (16mm flange OD & 12mm shaft +.1mm/-0mm), with a flange height of 5mm. Idler remade for a 624 bearing. Spring tension idler is now made fore a m3 nut & bolt. Modified to hold PTFE for minimal resistance by request. Also Idler modified to use m4 flat head bolt to reduce play.
