I took the photo with my phone so you can't really see the difference but...you probably know the problem if you are using those rechargeable generic moon lamp parts with 4 LEDs+battery+circuit board+touch control. Only 2 LEDs on one side will light up when the light is white/yellow, making projections of lighter/darker sides.
I made this for "Customizable "Moon Lamp Circuit" Screw Cap for Progressive Detail Moon Lamp with Rechargeable Moon Station" by @edm00se (we can make the title even longer!)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4048355
The above screw cap is based on "Progressive Detail Moon Lamp with Rechargeable Moon station" by @moononournation (our #1 moon lover!)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3444020
The dimensions should be the same but I don't have that square socket version of lights to test, so use at your own risk if you are printing for the original screw cap.
It should be a snug fit that requires no glue if your printing dimensions are accurate. Fit the open part to the circle opening for the recharging socket first, then adjust to the opening on the screw part.
Trim the bottom if your print has any elephant foot. Use brim then trim if there is any adhesion problem.
Reduce X/Y by no more than 3% if you find it still too big to fit, then glue the bottom.
Lower object to reduce tube length if you really need to. Just make sure the LEDs are covered by the cone, close to the tip but don't squeeze.
