This is a "Work in Progress". So, Comments and suggestions are welcome.
It is possible to use the 5015 radial Blowers (as in the pictures), or 4010 normal Fans. It's also possible to use two 12V fans connected in series, or two 24V in parallel.
Parts Description:
Main_Carriage Is the main part, which will hold everthing. A two M3 8mm screws will be required for mounting from the lower part, and two M3 12mm will be required to mount the carriage part with the blower holder. Support is required for this part due to the many overhangs.
Fan_Mount_L Is required only if you decided to go for the 4010 Fans.
Fan_Mount_R Is a mirror of the Fan_Mount_L.
Blower_Holder Is an additional part, which should be mounted with the main carriage part with the M3 12mm screws I mentioned earlier. This part will hold the radial Fans in place.
Blower_Holder(2) Is required only if you decided to go for the 4010 Fans. This part will hold the fan mounts in place.
Fang Is the air duct. Two must be printed.
Jig Is a part has nothing to do with this setup. It will only help you to align the two Nozzeles to be at the same hight.
Required Nuts and Bolts:
2 M3 Screws 8mm
3 M3 Screws 10mm (An additional two will be required for the touch sensor)
10 M3 Screws 12mm (Only if you decided to go for the 4010 Fans)
M3 Nuts, of course!
Due to the lack of space I mostly tapped the parts with a M3 Tap, so no more than 6 nuts will be required.
Hardware Changes:
To connect the secondary Hotend-Heater and the secondary Thermistor please check the images above.
A two 30W 24V 15mm Heaters will be required. The 40W 24V heaters will work but not recommended. Because of heat transfer between the two hotends PID calibration will be tricky with the 40W heaters.
An additional Thermistor will be required. The common 100K 3950 will do just fine.
Depending on the manufacturer of this Hotend, The offset (The distance between Nozzeles) should be 18mm. Yours could be slightly more or less.
If you are going to use a touch sensor (BL-Touch), a Z offset of -1.75 would be a good start.
