Prairie Queen For GF8 is a four-piece outfit, optimised for dForce and consisting of a floor-length dress, apron, bonnet and boots. There are presets to show or hide the lower sleeves of the dress to create long or short sleeves and as well as presets for the apron, skirt and bonnet to quickly recreate dForce settings should they be lost there are two additional dForce drape presets for the apron pocket. The default 'Open' setting causes the pocket to stand proud of the apron so that items or even a hand can be placed inside after simulation. Pose the hand close to the outside of the pocket during simulation and then carefully move it afterwards - it will probably be necessary to push the hand a little into the unseen portion of the leg behind it. The 'Closed' setting allows the pocket to drape more naturally with the skirt and should be used with sitting poses or any other pose where the hip bends sharply.



There are three texture presets for the dress, apron and bonnet, as well as plain white presets which can be edited with your choice of color in the many material zones. The texture presets are created from themes that were popular in the day, using an authentic color palette. There are also three texture presets for the boots. Match your items for glamor or fantasy, or mix them for something a bit more typical of the era. Since the prairie life was a hard one where new frocks didn't show up often, each piece also has dirt overlays with six visibilty options (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and OFF).



The bonnet is meant to cover the hair and so replaces it rather than fits over it, but there are taller, wider and deeper morphs to accommodate odd-shaped heads, as well as morphs for the brim, neckpiece and bow.



There are many other morphs and fits for the dress and apron too, as well as fourteen movement handles in the skirt. However, these are best used as help in posing or eliminating pokethrough etc before and after simulation rather than as an alternative to dForce, which will give the most superior results.
