Dew-ish Sprinkler/Mister/Sprayer by rdahm

This is a quick hack at making a "Dewey Sprinkler" on a 3D printer.
Haven't printed one yet, can't guarantee function.
Will revise shortly, though other people working on this would be delightful. I've uploaded a .3DM for Rhino users to fool around with it.
