With more and more victims of Covid-19 and with continued isolation in breaking the chain of spread, the state of coma requiring ventilator assistance caused by pneumonia is a condition that we are experiencing today as there is no cure.
I just want to say, We're not gonna take it.
Together with development and breakthroughs must be done, all patients must get the main facilities, ventilators can be used and dealing with at least 10 patients. In ventilator operations with a capacity of 10 patients will need a mechanism to adjust the frequency of respiration of each patient because each patient has different respiration needs. It need an adapter. If for one patient the ventilator works the same as a conventional ventilator but if for some patients the ventilator frequency must adjust the breathing requirements of the patient. Aside from being a ventilator adapter this technology is very possible as a vacuum suction pneumonia adapter where along with the large number of Covid-19 patients who cause a lot of pneumonia later that requires fluid suction in they lungs. By using a Blower for exhaust, an Air section chamber which is operated by a BLDC motor and fan as well as the use of a medical magnetic valve solenoid that is very safe, electrically controlled and monitored. All devices that are used in addition to have a substitution so it is very possible to be produced at an affordable and stable price is also easy to build.
Philosophy of design of adapter:
• Compatible to directly applied and tolerance of low accuracy parts.
• Modular, easy to service design and standard, easily obtainable commodity parts where possible.
• Scalable design, specifically for large numbers of patients.
• Use large, low-stress industrial components with long service lives where possible.
• Minimize risk of cross-contamination: at all times the system is at positive pressure with.
• Respect to ambient air and All non-standard parts capable of cheap mass production, and simple individual production.
