these have ben made by first printing the teeth and form then using a 3d pen with red or the right color pink gum color the closest i had was red none of my pink came close covering the form and making and forming the outer gum line and using a dermal and 3d pen to shape it to fit i made these with abs as in the final step is to dip in acetone to smooth and make it all solid and then seal with a food safe urethane
to be completely safe you should use pla for all of the partial it will take longer to smooth and form then seal with Urethane
i am not overly concerned with the so called hazards of using ABS and Acetone as it is completely sealed in food safe Urethane

1-8 are upper teeth
9-16 are lower teeth
the teeth have ben scaled a little short so the original teeth can mesh first as not to put pressure on the gum line of the dentures
yes i know you can make real dentures i have all the stuff now to make them after all is said and done i have close to $250 in supplies so it is not as cheep as you might think it is to make your own still way better than $1000 per set as to what you would pay to have them made
