These are rails for mounting 2.5" SSD hard drive into dedicated bays in Dell Optiplex 5040/3040 MT chassis.
It can replace the original Dell caddy part X9FV3.
Unlike the original caddy, these rails need standard M3 screws (used for mounting disk drives) to be screwed to the SDD.
