This is a filter box for Decathlon EasyBreath face mask.
Buy some 4mm/8mm thick filter tissue/material (HEPA) and cut it to fit into the filter holder

In this revision I ended removing top filter holes an leave a frame to use a metallic grid between filter box and the filter itself inside the filter box.
The filter bottom has higher ribs to improve air circulation.
You can put a metallic grid between ribs and the filter so the filter don't press itself on the bottom of the filter box.
Manifold 1 is better printed like in picture attached.
I print it at 0.2mm layer height from 0 to 35mm and 0.1mm layer height from 35 to end
Walls are printable with 2 walls 0.44/0.46 line thickness. They result in 100% infill.
