Dead simple iPhone 5 tripod dock with Arca Swiss mount by fns720

I measured my iPhone 5 together with its case and made a small holder to mount it on an Arca Swiss compatible head for timelapse recording. Case dimensions: 127x11 mm.
I made a cut on the right side to the headphone port (you can use Volume + button on the headphone wire as a shutter button) and another cut on the bottom right part if you wish to control your iPhone's Camera app with the Volume + button.
