Printed it 95% infill .3mm layer height.
I remade the carriage in sketchup (sorry it's a bit sloppy but it prints nicely) for http://e3d-online.com/Bronze-Bushing-for-8mm-Rod?search=bushing.
I also wanted the layer fan to be a bit more direct putting it through a few tests I'll get back with updates. Currently the only problem I see is the layer fan duct comes in contact with the bed glass clamp screws (see updates below). This layer fan works really well, improved my bridging and overhangs a lot.
To fit the bushing in I placed everyone on the bars tighten the 8mm bars down, Then I wrapped 10mm kapton tape around the bushing until they slid in and fit snugly.
I also had to trim a few mm's off the top nozzle cleaning thingamajig on the drip box.
The layer duct in V2.5 goes over top and bottom of the lower belt to raise the duct up enough to clear the bed mounting screws and give a bit more airflow to the layer. I also changed the design of the belt clamp to have it slide in and then lock in place with two screws getting rid of the need for 4 screws and 4 nuts.
UPDATE 4-APR-16:
Works really well, in V3 I'd like to curve the layer fan duct up and out of the way a bit more. The opening for the duct next to the nozzle needs to be moved down about 3-5mm's and it the opening needs to me more narrow. I need to also lower the top of the belt opening and move belt opening back toward the can a bit more. Presently I've gone back to using the LM8UU carriage until i can finish V3 design.
