Sorry about the pictures, they decided they don't want to load properly. seems to work on Microsoft edge only
As shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMaywaS6bbY&t=15s @ 4:15, 8:50 (designs) ~19:00 (installed)
Included files
-Small bezel Front (the part you see)
-Small bezel Rear (the part the gauge attaches to, screws onto the front bezel and the mounting bracket)
-Small bezel Bracket (a replacement for the mounting strap in case yours are missing, not needed if your metal ones are present)
-Big gauge back bezel ( For mounting Speedhut 4.5" gauges into the stock speedo and tach locations. These will require drilling and tapping, and replace the gauge mounting nut and are a light press fit into the stock gauge bezels (without the clear panel) They are not a finished mounting solution,)
Gauge pods designed to mount Speedhut 2 5/8" gauges into the small gauge openings on a 240z Dash
These are a completely bolt-in design based on the stock bezel design and are designed to either use the stock steel strap mount or the included replacement strap
My main design goal was to ensure the gauge face was mounted at the same angle and depth as the stock gauges, and not protruding at a downward angle like many custom and aftermarket gauge pod solutions, and would also be able to bolt into the stock mounting provisions. it also leaves the inner angled section of the Speedhut Stealth black bezel visible, which I believe is more visually appealing than my original design that came all the way to the gauge face
Each pod has 4x .1" holes modeled between the two halves and 2 .1" holes for the mount. I originally used .08" holes to suit #4 screws, but I ended up having to drill them to use #6 hardware due to availability, Be conscious of the length of the hardware used for the mounting strap.
Lastly, These were designed off of gauges using the Stealth Black bezel from SH, and using the Stock 240z gauges. there is about .02-.03" between the gauge bezel and the back of the pod, But I cannot guarantee that this will work with other Speedhut bezels, or in 260/280 dashboards.
