Police suspect a convicted felon and subject of two active arrest warrants again broke the law Jan. 20 by bringing a loaded gun into the Chittenden County Emergency Food Shelf. For about a week, Burlington police had received reports that Daniel Savo, 48, of Colchester was in possession of a firearm, according to an affidavit filed in federal court.
