D7 FEP Stretcher by macdarren

A possibly useless part for the Wanhao D7 printer. I always have the issue with my FEP not being stretched as tight or as evenly as I would like..or after a while it loosens a bit.
I saw something similar for a different setup but I can't find the reference for it now...
So the theory here is this presses the FEP firmly down, stretching it slightly and evenly over the raised LCD Glass...basically just what the Vat is supposed to do I think. Using this the vat sorta floats and is used to hold the resin and get the FEP close then this ring presses the FEP snugly to the glass.
In practice this does work with the printer...I have printed several things since I installed it...not sure how much it really helps anything FEP wise, I notice the FEP seems more uniformly pressed to the glass before I fill the vat...It does maybe help with resin levels a bit and resin flow back simply by taking space in the vat.
