All should print without supports. For the "Flying Extruder" it is very important to insert all motors before attaching any extruder. The "Flying Extruder" is built around the E3D Titan but other extruders will likely work provided a pancake motor has enough torque.
You will also need the Hotend Holder from here (which I believe is the same as the "stock" Diamond holder):http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1997927
