Cybernetic Panopticon Helmet is used for gaining maximal awareness of surrounding environment during complex field operations. Panopticon Helmet scans full 360°surrounding environment and casts its 3D model via neural pins directly to users neocortex since standard visual organs can not handle such data. Therefore blinded mask is used not to interfere with full environmental visual information.
