Cuttlephone - Junglecat and Joycon case for Pixel 3, 3a, 4a by Maave

Cuttlephone is a gamepads for smart phones. It currently supports phone case mode, Razer Junglecat rails, and Switch Joy-con rails. I'm working on the electronics for a USB-C gamepad using an Atmega32u4. The phone case uses OpenSCAD to customize the case and build STLs. It supports the Pixel 3, 3a, and 4a, with more to come.
This is a work-in-progress and I'd like feedback. The rails have manual support that can be removed with an craft knife - I want to make this toolless. Sometimes the rails require filing (tuning "pressure advance" will help). I'm having issues with the corner slipping off (maybe the inside geometry). Joy-con rails make the case thick.
Print these cases in ductile material like PLA+, PETG, or ABS. Regular PLA will crack. I will try TPU soon. You MUST use a screen protector to protect the area near the buttons.
todo list:
-USB-C gamepad
-improve corners
-TPU?
-rail removal pull tab?
-reduce hand fitting of rails (probably my printer settings)
-fillet edges
-automate STL/3MF releases
