Customizable One-Piece Steve by laird

I need to print a lot of MineCraft figures, for a diorama, so I needed to simplify the Steve's (OpenSCAD) design. The changes are:
Arranged Steve as a single piece to print, so no assembling and gluing Steve's head, arms and legs on.
Added parameters for Customizer to control scale, head angle, and position ("running" or "working"). Since you can't position him manually, you can do so in software.
Added "feet" so that you can tell which way he's facing
After printing Steve, you will need to trim off supports under each shoulder.
