Customizable knob for metric hexagon nuts by krislabs

This is a modification to the awesome heatbed knob design by valand70 !
Things added:
adjustable upper cylinder height (that in the center above nut cave)
customizable radial holes for faster printing
Example code is made for M4 nut.
