This is a Cura plugin designed for dual extrusion 3D printers
[Tested on Cura 15.04.6]
Features:
Swap the extruders only when necessary to save your time.
Print only the walls of the "prime tower" when the extruders are not to exchange.
Trim the used top layers of the "prime tower" when there are no further swaps. [optional]
Force to swap the extruders without changing filament spools. [optional]
Force to use either extruder #0 or extruder #1 without changing filament spools. [optional]
Scrubbing nozzle by specified extruders with individual counts, distance, retraction and extrusion speeds. [optional]
Note: This is an experiment feature and could likely grind the filament.
Specifying the count of scrubbing with the extruder can make it to clean up the residues of previous filament from nozzle. However, repeated retraction and extrusion on the same position of filament could make it ground.
With zero scrubbing distance, the retraction distance will be automatically applied.
Retraction speed of scrubbing will reference the travel speed if it is set to zero.
Extrusion speed of scrubbing will use the "normal" retraction speed if it is set to zero.

Change Log:
v1.1:
Fix bugs about identifying the file positions and bounding coordinates of prime tower when any of the following options is set:
"Support dual extrusion" => "Second extruder"
"Platform adhesion type" => "Raft"
"Support" > "Structure Type" => "Lines"

[Experiment] Scrub the nozzle by retracting and extruding for specified times to clean the residues of previous filament.

v1.2:
Refine the nozzle scrubbing feature with the parameters: Retraction speed and extrusion speed of Scrubbing.

v1.3:
Move the tool head over the prime tower while swapping the filament in order to prevent the print from being oozed or melted by nozzle
