"Cup Hat" Lid

Our cat kept hopping up on the coffee table to sniff or slurp from our cups. So, I made a lid to set on the cup without fully sealing it. My wife kept calling it a Cup Hat. I named this version that for reference. The drink cups we have vary between 90mm-92mm diameter opening, but the lid self-centers to fit both.
You might want to do layer ironing to make it look smooth, but I didn't bother.
