Crematorium V was put into operation on the same day as number IV. Both buildings had the gas chambers and undressing rooms above ground. Crematorium V was blown up by the Nazis on January 26th 1945, one day before the liberation of Auschwitz.. #auschwitz #gas_chamber #holocaust #nazis
