How I Designed This: I designed in 3ds max, and do not add so many small point, so it is printable, and easily print for all kind of 3d printer.
Project: Creative Ruler with inch and cm unit for students
Objectives: It's not a normal ruller, it's 3d printed ruller, it's so different from a ruller people can buy from store.
Audiences: this ruler is for everyone, it has inch and cm unit, so students from everywhere can use it
Preparation: Because it's more creative, it will stimulating creativity and curiosity of your kids.
Steps!: I made this ruler because my sister broke one, and she ask me to make another for her. But I want to share this ruller to the whole world, so I make it has both 2 units
Results: I want to show them, to create one product that close, familiar, we are not necessarily to buy it, but also to learn a lot to do it. I hope 3d printing technology will help them openness and learning, more creative
