This is a mount for the Z axis Microswitch for the Creatbot DX printer.
The default mount is somewhat lacking with respect to adjusting the Z axis home position. Two M3 bolts pass through the back panel of the printer, and the idea is to undo the bolts, physically move these up/down, and then retighten to set the home position of the Z axis microswitch. Whilst this works fine, it is a bit amateurish and if you do what I did and remove either bolt, when you re-insert it the nut which it is supposed to screw into falls out, and you are faced with major disassembly of the printer to recover the situation.
As I had to do this reassembly anyway I decided to replace the default microswitch mount with a new mount. Plus I figured I would replace the lever microswitch with a roller version (shown in the photograph), the reference details of which are shown on the following web page:

The mounting of the microswitch onto this mount is by M2.5 25mm bolts, which screw directly into the plastic. These bolts are a tight fit so I didn't need to use nuts to hold the microswitch.
Note that this mount can also support "regular" microswitches - the mounting holes are printed in the design. So you could choose to use regular microswitches instead.
The other components you will need are 2x flanged M3 rivnuts, and 2x M3 25mm bolts - adding M3 star lock washers might be a good idea.
Once assembled this mount installs similarly to the factory supplied mount, but with the bolts passing through the printer back panel passing through a simple platform on the back of the printer. This is a bit more positive than the factory supplied arrangement, and I believe easier to adjust.
