Creatbot DE2 reduction for E3D

E3D reduction for Creatbot DE2, not a final part, its only hotfix (but I print with about 200 hours now). Creatbot have not allmetal heatbreak for 1.75 hotend.
Its longer, you might have to change the Z end-stop position. I use original fan design and scale it in Z about 10%.
