Just created my own Cr-10 standalone version. Nothing special, but looks quite nice.
Things are still in progress and will be updated soon.
you´ll need a new cable for the standard display, an adapter for the sd card input, some aluminiumprofiles and a lot of M5x8 + t-nuts.
