Creality 5015 Blower Fan Mount

This is quick revision of nghtshd's fan mount for Ender 5.
I've cut some extra space as original design doesn't work because stock cover is slightly different from Ender 3.
I used 2 20mm M4 screws and nuts for 5015 blower, and 2 stock screws from 4010 blower for mount to fan cover.
WARNING
You'll lose 0 to 30mm Y build volume if you install this to Ender 5. It will crash into frame. I didn't notice until I actually started to print.
I don't recommend it anymore for Ender 5, but for other printers maybe?
